After 23 years, we returned to a place we thought we’d left behind forever...the old deer camp. A camp once full of laughter, tradition, late-night stories, and lifelong memories… but slowly fizzled out as life moved on. This year, we made the decision to go back one last time. Not to chase deer, but to chase the feeling of who we were when this place was still alive. What we didn’t expect was what the woods still had waiting for us. In this emotional deer camp reunion, we revisit the trails we grew up on, walk into the old stands we thought we’d never hunt again, and reconnect with a part of our lives that shaped us. And against all odds, on land we believed would never produce another deer for us, we harvested a buck we never expected. A buck that felt like a parting gift from a camp that meant everything. Enjoy!
