With the rut hitting peak in northern Maine, the bucks were on the move. We had been seeing tons of buck sign but have yet to even lay eyes on a deer...until this day. You keep at it every day and eventually, EVENTUALLY...you'll connect with that big buck. Some seasons it takes 20 minutes, other times it's 20 days. Doesn't matter, enjoy the journey! You never know what you will see when you hunt the big woods of northern Maine. It just so happened, this was the day Mark connected with his big buck! Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy!
